Privacy policy

Last updated: May 9, 2026

This policy describes how ROUTE24: An Arrow Game (“the App”, bundle / package ID com.route24.arrowgame) handles information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

The App is operated by the developer / publisher responsible for ROUTE24. For privacy requests, contact us at: verybigbol@gmail.com

2. Information collected

The App may process data through third-party SDKs integrated for functionality and analytics:

  • Advertising (Google AdMob). AdMob may collect and use device identifiers, IP address, and usage data to show and measure ads. See Google’s policies: Google Privacy Policy.
  • Analytics (Firebase Analytics). We may use Firebase to understand aggregated usage (e.g. active users, crashes context). See Firebase Privacy.

We do not require you to create an account in the App for basic play. Any data collected is typically tied to your device or an anonymous identifier, not your name, unless you contact us by email.

3. How we use information

  • To run and improve the App.
  • To show ads and (where applicable) offer rewarded ads.
  • To measure engagement and stability in aggregate form.

4. Legal bases (EEA / UK users)

Where required, we rely on legitimate interests (analytics, security) and your consent where the App or the platform shows a consent or tracking prompt. You can adjust device settings (e.g. limit ad tracking) where available.

5. Data retention

Third-party providers retain data according to their own policies. We do not keep a separate database of personal profiles inside the App beyond what those services process automatically.

6. Children

The App is not directed at children under the age required by your region to consent to data processing on their own. If you believe we have inadvertently collected a child’s data, contact us and we will work to delete it where appropriate.

7. International transfers

Providers such as Google may process data in the United States and other countries. Their terms and safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) may apply as described in their privacy documentation.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing. You can also contact your app store or use device settings to reset advertising IDs or limit tracking. To exercise rights with us directly, email the contact address in section 1.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
